  • Automate communication

    Choose if emails of created or closed disputes are automatically sent to the customer.

    Define a specific email recipient of these emails, and automatically include internal email recipient if needed.   

  • Resolution dates

    Define the target resolution date and report on target vs actual dates using any external reporting tool that connects to Business Central.

  • Mark invoice as bad debt

    Mark invoices as bad debts to record it on customers' history. Create a process to deal with bad debts that is tailored to your internal functions.
